There are many methods used to check touring car droop.
I feel the board to axle measurement method is the best. The theory is, the distace between the work bench to top the axle needs to be the same from left to right on each end of your vehicle. The amount of droop can vary from track to track and driving technique.
The board to axle method requires use of a flat surface. Most use a pit board. You also need to use a capiper.
First, Make sure you reset your top deck on this same flat surface before starting. This method is based on the fact that your chassis is straight and flat to the surface. This is done by loosening up the top deck and pushing down both ends of your vehicle while securing the upper deck.
Next, remove all shocks, roll bars, and bumpers. The chassis needs to be flat to the pit boad without sprung suspension parts.

Next, pick a measurement you wish to have your droop at. Common ranges go from 24 to 26mm on most cars. Adjust the droop screw. Continue checking with the caliper as shown until both sides are the same.
