This week brings the All Japan Hobby Show. Tamiya has announced many new releases including a updated Electric Touring car. The TRF416X combines new refinements and race feedback from TRF drivers and engineers.The kit is a slight improvmeent over last year’s TRF416WCE. The latest improvements include:
- Slightly moved in motor mounting position (1mm toward centerline)
- Moved back rear differential (1.8mm back for more traction and weight distribution)
- Wider from bulkhead attachment positions
- New 2.5mm lower deck
- New 2.25mm upper deck
The TRF416X will be released in Japan during Decemenber 2009. Worldwide release should be similar.
